This website

  • This site has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies.
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you or to market to you.

When you email us

If you email images@getplusonets.com, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include: your name, your store, and your product photos. We use that only to reply, confirm the set and the price, and do the work you asked for. We do not sell it or share it for someone else’s marketing.

Product photos and finished images

Photos you send are used only to produce the images for that order. You own the images once paid and approved. We do not publish your photos or the finished images unless you give written permission. You can ask us to delete the project files.

You are responsible for having the right to send those photos.

Payments

Card payments go through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details on this website.

Service providers

We use providers to run the work: email, web hosting, invoicing, and a third-party payment processor for card payments, and AI tools that generate images. Those providers process data for us and may be in other countries, including the United States.

How long we keep it

  • Emails and enquiries: as long as we need to deal with them, and for a reasonable time after that for our records.
  • Project files: for the order, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email images@getplusonets.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
